By creating an account or using JaniX, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

2. Using courses

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own learning. Course videos, documents and other materials belong to JaniX or its instructors. You may not copy, download (unless a file is offered for download), record, share, resell or publish course content.

3. Assessments and certificates

Quizzes and assignments must be your own work. We may cancel results or revoke certificates obtained through cheating, plagiarism, impersonation or misuse. Certificates confirm completion of a JaniX course; they are not a formal academic qualification unless a course states otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break or bypass security, overload the service, access other people's accounts or data, upload malware or unlawful content, or harass other learners and staff.

5. Instructors

Instructors confirm they have the rights to the content they upload and that it is accurate and lawful. JaniX reviews courses before publication and may unpublish content that breaks these terms.

6. Fees

Each course has a price shown before you pay, in taka (৳) or US dollars ($). Printed certificates are an optional extra. Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as SSLCOMMERZ or bKash); we don't see or store card numbers or wallet PINs. Dollar prices paid through bKash, Nagad or Rocket are converted to taka at the rate shown at checkout. Coupons and sales can reduce a price but never make a course free. You get course access as soon as your payment is confirmed; manual wallet transfers are confirmed after we verify them.

Refunds: Not the right course for you? Contact us within 7 days of purchase, before completing 30% of the course, for a full refund to your original payment method. Printed certificates can't be refunded once printed.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep JaniX available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update courses, features and these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JaniX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law and contact
